TeleForm IDR consists of six main components, with only the Classification component required.

Classification – identifies documents and classifies them with a specific form type (this component is required)

3-Index – allows the capturing of up to 3 indexes per document

Unlimited Indexes – allows the capturing of any number of indexes per form

Tables – allows tables to be processed fast and efficiently

Standard Invoices – allows invoices to be processed fast and efficiently

Advanced Invoices – includes all the features of the Standard Invoice component, plus; including the ability to read multiple-page invoices

TeleForm IDR Licensing

All components are priced using an annual per page licensing model - the license is perpetual (it never ends) - it automatically renews itself every year. So, if you have a license to scan 100,000 pages per year, at the end of the first year the license resets itself so you can continue scanning 100,000 pages again and again every year thereafter.
