In the world of unstructured information, organizing discrete sets of documents can be inefficient. Designed to accelerate case-oriented workflow, LibertyNET Packager lets you retrieve related documents instantaneously, according to an "extract-and-search" template.

The information your organization manages is interconnected in various ways. LibertyNET Packager allows you to bring related information (a group of documents) together in the form of a package — automatically. Once created, a package may be processed by business rules specific to your organization. For integration or advanced uses, Packager is web-enabled, allowing the use of external data to package LibertyNET documents.

Put simply, Packager assembles information. Its power comes from its ability to define abstract relationships among documents, while its integrity as a LibertyNET component extends flexibility. Harnessing business rules and custom printing features, packages can be retrieved, manipulated and distributed in paper or electronic format. For special purposes, Packager facilitates enterprise integration and extends functionality to custom applications.

Packager is an enhanced interface to two powerful pieces of the LibertyNET system: Rule Templates and Internal Links. When you select a document to be packaged, the Internal Link feature mines the document for data — references to other documents. When Process Package is run on a source document, its related documents will be added to a list, and Packager verifies that which you have defined as a “complete package,” which can be viewed or sent to a rule template.
