LibertyNET eCopy Connector 4
The eCopy Connector V4 is a next generation LibertyNET Enterprise capture tool that integrates the rich features of LibertyNET with eCopy ShareScan. The new LibertyNET Connector supports multi-vendor MFP capture to LibertyNET folders, image quality control, indexing, enforcement of a unified security model, execution of workflows, administrative control of the capture user interface, and more. The new Connector is a good fit for LibertyNET/MFP installations with a multi-vendor MFP install base, where an eCopy device (external or embedded) with ShareScan already exists for the MFP, and where full image preview with quality control is a required capability at each MFP based capture device.
LibertyNET eCopy Connect features
- Full Control of the capture user interface based on customer-specific capture processes. LibertyNET capture options are determined by a process selection Connector menu. Selectable processes invoke simple capture screens for basic tasks or powerful screen sequences for sophisticated process automation
- Execution of Rule Templates by document type. MFP capture can initiate workflows based on LibertyNET Rule Templates
